Whilst some of us may have overindulged in chocolate over the Easter period, it certainly didn’t stop the BlueSky PR team achieving over 80 pieces of quality coverage for our clients. Here are just some of March’s highlights.
Research from Alexander Mann Solutions, which revealed that a third of businesses view apprentices as the most valuable source of emerging talent in 2018, was covered by a variety of titles during Apprenticeship Week including CEO Today Magazine, HSBC Knowledge Centre and SmallBusiness.co.uk. Whilst comment from director of client success and innovation Jerry Collier on how GDPR will impact candidate experience appeared in industry publications such as HRD Connect and Staffing Industry Analysts.
We also secured two further guest blogs for the specialist executive search firm RBL Associates. Founder Richard Lowe drew upon his 30 years’ leadership experience at a number of high profile tech companies to provide detailed insight to Sales Initiative and the UK’s largest professional body for salespeople, the Institute of Sales Management.
Market analysis from specialist recruiter Global Accounting Network appeared in titles including the HR Director and the Global Recruiter. Advice from its founding director Adrian O’Connor on the importance of accounting professionals possessing human attributes was published in International Finance Magazine and ICAEW.
The Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo) also achieved plenty of mentions in the media. Coverage included its February trends report, the body’s involvement in the launch of new guidelines for agency workers, comment on Philip Hammond’s first Spring Statement and a Global Recruiter article on candidate compliance from director of operations Samantha Hurley.
