BlueSky PR: Business Education Highlights February 2018

Despite arctic conditions and the chaos caused by the #BeastFromTheEast. February was still a productive month for the BlueSky Education team, from the Wall Street Journal to the Financial Times, we still managed to secure top tier coverage for many of our clients.

In an article published online and in print by Times Higher Education magazine entitled ‘Surge’ in European mergers as universities seek rankings boost’, we secured coverage for our client Université Paris-Saclay. The article praised “the mega-campus on the outskirts of the French capital that will combine more than a dozen institutions, in part to try to break into the top 20 of the Academic Ranking of World Universities”.

Université Paris-Saclay also appeared in the Wall Street Journal’s Morning Risk Report: Baking Ethics and Integrity Into Research, the fascinating article discussed how machine learning and artificial intelligence is changing the way researchers work and took comment from Professor Sylvie Pommier, the university’s director of doctoral research, who explained how the new ethics council at Université Paris-Saclay is the perfect place for researchers to exchange views, share experiences and get advice on how to preserve the scientific integrity of their work.

Again, we secured multiple appearances for our clients in the Financial Times this month. Professor of Organisational Behaviour at King’s Business School Frederik Anseel recommended two articles to readers in the highly regarded Professor Picks section. This was in addition to ‘Women break up groupthink, says champion of workplace diversity’, an article which featured an advice column from Bas Kodden, the leadership coach and director of the executive MBA at Nyenrode Business University.

We also secured coverage in The Telegraph for our client Imperial College Business School in an article named ‘What can blockchain technology offer business?’  in which Professor Andrei Kirilenko of the centre for Global Finance and Technology at Imperial College Business shared his insights on why supply chain needs a technology overhaul and how blockchain could be the best way to create a standardised supply chain.

Why not read some of our clients’ testimonials to discover what they have to say about us?
