BlueSky PR: Business Education Highlights April 2018

April proved, again, to be an extremely busy month for the BlueSky Education team – successfully gaining coverage for our clients in a number of global, national and trade outlets. Here are some of April’s highlights.

A professor from one of our clients, UCL School of Management, researched into the differences between student entrepreneurs and faculty entrepreneurs when commercialising their inventions. The research found surprising results, stating that student entrepreneurs were much quicker to commercial their inventions, but also less likely to patent their ideas or protect their innovations compared to faculty entrepreneurs. This research featured in a number of publications, including Forbes, Business Matters and Real Business Review.

We also secured coverage for one of our clients in the Financial Times business school newsletter. The professor, from HEC Paris, featured in the Professor’s picks section, where a business school professor is asked to recommends useful FT articles. We also secured coverage for a professor from another client, SKEMA business school, later in the month in the Financial Times business school newsletter Professor’s picks section.

A press release, which was produced and distributed by BlueSky, helped secure coverage for one of our clients, Imperial College Business School, in global business education site QS Top MBA. The press release was regarding the launch of their new online Masters in Business Analytics – and featured as an article, including quotes from both a student and the programme director.

An article written by a professor from our client HEC Paris featured on the online news platform, Forbes. The professor discussed Chinese manufacturing imports in to America and how investing in innovation and research and development will help to tackle these cheap imports.

We also secured coverage for an interview with the Dean of one of our clients, King's College London, in Germany’s number one national newspaper, Handlesblatt. This interview featured in both the print and online edition, where the professor discussed his why his business school has decided not to pursue an MBA program for the time.

These are just a few examples of the quality coverage that we have secured for our clients this month.
