This weekend, many people across the country will be celebrating bonfire night. This got me thinking about how communications can be explosive.

On Nov. 5, 1605, Guy Fawkes was discovered in the cellar of the House of Lords guarding barrels of gunpowder, exposing a plot to kill the king. The Gunpowder Plot was foiled due to poor communication amongst the plotters.
